A little over a month ago, we brought you Australia's very unusual morning glory clouds, but not to be outdone, the Russians are now boasting their own strange cloud formation: a halo cloud occurring over Moscow city.
Saw this and thought it was incredible. Nexus isn't a huge name, but he IS a pro. Probably the most ridiculous H3 film I've seen. Id love to have it.
