Just A Little Something For You: My Crock-pot Comes Through Again

Today was a busy day for me, and on busy days I often pull out my old reliable friendthe crock-pot. I have tried many different uses and recipes to be used with my crock-pot, but the one I used today, was a first for me.
I have made French dip sandwiches in the crockpot before, but wanted to try a new recipe this time around (mainly because I didn't want to have to buy a case of beer). While the first recipe I tried was good, this one was great!
Q: My parents just handed down their old crockpot to me, and I do mean old. It's colored in pastel hues of peach, green, and pink. While the outside is dated, I'm looking for some modern recipes to make in the crockpot.
